Coaching Program

Single coaching session

This single coaching session consists of a 90-minute one-off discovery consult where we identify and clarify your short and long term goals. We uncover your obstacles, limiting beliefs and strengths. We then work together to create a personal action plan to bring out your personal best and reach your goals.

6 fortnightly sessions

The coaching period commences with a 90-minute session where we uncover your objectives. Each fortnight, we will work together to progress the individual towards the desired outcome, offering support, guidance, advice and accountability.

13 fortnightly sessions over a 6-month period

The coaching period commences with a 90-minute session where we uncover your coaching objectives. This coaching program will provide you with accountability, guidance, motivation, support and an objective sounding board. The final session will conclude with us developing a half-year strategy with you.

24 sessions over a 12-month period (spread over 3 Phases)

  • 3-months of weekly 1-hour coaching sessions (12 sessions)
  • 3-months of fortnightly 1-hour sessions (6 sessions)
  • 6-months of monthly 1-hour sessions (6 sessions)

The coaching period commences with a 90-minute session where we uncover your coaching objectives. Taking a comprehensive approach, we work closely with you to overcome your obstacles and build momentum towards attaining your life and leadership goals. This coaching program will provide you with accountability, guidance, motivation, support and an objective sounding board. The final session will conclude with us developing a yearly strategy with you. This coaching program also gives access to your coach by email or phone for an extra 30-minutes per week during Phases 1 and 2. We will also conduct a 360 personal interview with two persons of your choice.
